The place is near the train station.(2~3min. You can see this hotel in front of the station) The room is small but clean. And the staff is so kind. I like this hotel.

The location is good very near the Subway, Odori Park, Susukino and other attraction places in the town of Sapporo. The cleanliness of the hotel is superb and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Even their English is not very good, they do their best to help us.

The general areas of the hotel were also very well-maintained and clean, perfect for senior people like myself. , the hotel's accessibility was excellent, with easy access to elevators and ramps throughout the property. It made getting around a breeze for someone like me who may have trouble navigating stairs.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more patient and understanding. Sometimes, when I had questions or needed assistance, it felt like they were rushing and didn't take the time to patiently address my concerns.

I've stayed at Resol Trinity in Sapporo three times in the past two years, and each time has been fantastic. the hotel's location is ideal, with the Metro nearby and a massive underground shopping gallery that connects to Sapporo Bus and JR station. the convenience is unbeatable, especially since the bus to the airport stops right outside the door. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the onsen on the top floor is a delightful experience. the hotel's location, amenities, and helpful staff make it a top choice for any traveler.
